ASJ Group's roots are based in emerging markets, where the group has more than 40 years of experience. Founded in Dubai in 1971 and initially focused on trading and manufacturing, the group soon expanded into real estate with offices in Hong Kong and India.
ASJ Group is headquartered in Hong Kong where it has operated since 1978. The group has owned, operated and developed over 3 million square feet of real estate in five emerging markets with a value exceeding $1.2 billion.
